This year Redgate’s internal development conference, Level Up 2019, had a theme – The Future of Product Development – with an aim to prepare us for the opportunities and challenges we have on the horizon as a growing company.  To help focus the programme we also had threads of Culture, Build and Customers. In this opening session from Level Up 2019, Matt Godfrey, Jeff Foster and I tell an aviation-related story to introduce these threads.
